Terms Changelog: What Changed, and When
Refund clauses, governing law, discount headlines and payment options on these sites are not fixed — we've watched several of them move since our first capture on 2026-08-07. Every entry below pairs a verbatim "before" quote with a verbatim "after" quote, each with its own capture date and archived source. If you prepaid based on a page's wording, this is where to check whether that wording still holds.

“VietQR bank transfer or Crypto” source
VietQR bank transfer was the only payment method that appeared anywhere in our 2026-08-07 capture of the site; its own llms.txt on 2026-09-23 lists VietQR bank transfer or Crypto. Its terms (§3), captured the same day, still read "All top-up transactions are processed via VietQR" — the terms text has not been updated to mention the crypto option.
“governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan” source
“governed by the laws of the country where the Operator is registered” source
The governing-law clause named the Republic of Kazakhstan and a court in Almaty in our 2026-08-07 capture; the same clause, captured 2026-09-23, names only "the country where the Operator is registered" and "the court at the Operator's location," without naming a country.
The terms page still reads "Effective from 2026-06-14" in both our 2026-08-07 and 2026-09-23 captures, unchanged since before this clause's wording changed.

The homepage's scrolling ticker banner read "SAVE UP TO 20%" in our 2026-08-07 capture; the same banner, captured 2026-09-23, reads "SAVE UP TO 15%." The page's meta description still says "up to 65% below retail" in both captures — see our claims-vs-reality page.

“96.9% Pass Rate” source
APIMaster runs its own self-built model-authenticity comparison pages and publishes a pass rate for itself alongside competitors. Its self-reported pass rate on its own /providers/apimaster page was 84.2% (184 detections) in our 2026-08-07 capture and 96.9% (288 detections) in our 2026-09-23 capture — a different 30-day rolling window each time, not the same measurement re-read.

“92.3% Pass Rate” source
On the same self-built comparison pages, APIMaster's page for OpenRouter (a competitor) showed a 96.4% pass rate (55 detections) in our 2026-08-07 capture and 92.3% (39 detections) in our 2026-09-23 capture. Both of APIMaster's self-reported numbers moved between the two captures; APIMaster's own figure overtook OpenRouter's in the more recent one, having trailed it in the first.

“the Operator's right, not its obligation” source
The refund clause for unused balance changed from "may be refunded ... within 10 (ten) business days" on a written request, to refunding it being "the Operator's right, not its obligation." A new clause was also added: deleting your account forfeits any unused balance.
How to archive terms yourself
- Before you pay, save the pricing and refund pages as local HTML (browser "Save Page As", not just a screenshot) so the text stays searchable and the capture date is provable from your filesystem.
- Re-read the refund and governing-law clauses periodically, not just once at signup — as this page shows, they can change without any changelog or announcement of their own.
- If a clause you're relying on changes, keep both the old and new capture. A single current snapshot can't show you that anything moved.
